
Mission Statement:
Institutional Insurance Managers of America (IIMA) is a company based in Atlanta Georgia whose sole purpose is to provide highly rated, competitively priced and service oriented products to the financial Institution industry. Since 1972 IIMA has expanded from five states to ten providing risk mitigation, ancillary income and loan closing services to our clients.
It should be noted IIMA is a family business where the owners are also active employees. The CEO, William D. Mills, has fifty plus years experience in the sales and services of insurance. The Chief Operating Officer, William D. Mills, Jr. is licensed in most of the states of the Southeast and has worked with IIMA since 1978. Gregory T. Mills, Senior Vice President, with over twenty year’s experience, works extensively in Florida and shares our efforts in other states. Patricia A. Mills, Office Manager has twelve years experience in the insurance industry. Among her many responsibilities is support of our sales staff and in house service representative. B. J. Green, Vice President, lives and works primarily in Alabama and shares efforts in Tennessee and Georgia. Mr. Green has fifty years experience working with financial institutions and has been with IIMA since 1996.
From the beginning, William D. Mills’s business model was based on his reputation and a hand shake; with integrity and character has always been how he wanted his company to be judged. Over the years his sons and daughter-in-law have continued this tradition of making our clients needs our number one mission.
